= Magnetic mount for a car wing mirror

Vandals repeatedly broke the fragile plastic mounting mechanism, so I took
some strong magnets out of a couple of old hard disks and made a better
mirror mount.

Pros:
* Mirror can be re-attached in seconds!
* Vandals less likely to damage it, it'll just fall off harmlessly.
 
Cons:
* Despite using two HDD magnets, it's a little weaker than I would like.
* Ugly screws visible on the outside of the mirror housing.
* Not sure if it'll pass the regular Irish car inspections...
